Digital Download Instructions

Once you have purchased your digital download, you will be sent a TXT file. This file contains the link which you need to copy and paste into your browser in order to access your files on Google Drive. Don't worry, you won't need an account with Google to download your files.

Your link will take you to a screen which looks something like this...

Google Drive Download Link

You need to ensure you download the ZIP file rather than trying to click on the individual files you see listed in the image. This is done by clicking on the download link at the top right of your screen as shown.

Google Drive Virus Warning

If you see the warning message above, don't worry. Click on 'Download Anyway', your device should have it's own software installed to scan for viruses.

Your ZIP file will now be in the downloads folder on your device ready to extract the individual JPG files for printing.  Most operating systems simply require a double-click on the ZIP file to extract the contents, or a right-click to reveal further options.  There are also numerous apps which can open ZIP files depending on the device and operating system you are using.

Printing Your Wall Art

You are now free to print your wall art using any method you like and as many times as you like (for personal use only).  Sending your files to a local print shop or online printing service will always give superior results simply because they have the best digital printers and materials.  However, if you prefer to print the files at home, please bear in mind that the final quality of your art will depend on the quality of your printer and the paper used. The files provided are high resolution 300 dpi JPGs which will provide a crisp, sharp image.

If you want to print your art in the extra sizes listed below, simply scale down the relevant size file to fit the paper size you are using.  For example, if you want an art print in the size 8" x 10", you need to use the file labelled 16" x 20" JPG (4:5 ratio).  This will obviously be half the size (50%) of the original file size but selecting “scale to fit” should work this out automatically once you’ve selected your paper size.

IMPORTANT:  Always maintain the same aspect ratio when scaling your image.  This means reducing the width AND the height by the same percentage to avoid any distortion.  NEVER SCALE UP - the largest printing size given for each file is the largest you can print!
